Return Policy


Due to the ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. 

This is a 30 day policy. If you have not contacted us within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must arrive at our factory outlet within 45 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all original packaging & tags intact. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have discount code applied eligible for EXCHANGE only.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification that we have received your returned item(s). You will be informed if the return is approved, or rejected (due to merchandise condition).
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund: Please contact your local bank and credit card company, as it may take several days before your refund is posted to your account.

Sale Items
Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items that have discount code applied eligible for EXCHANGE only. 

Custom Items
All custom embroidered items are final sale. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange it for the same item, email us at info (at)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be responsible for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item with a tracking number.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
